An analysis of interpersonal communication in this article will involve a critical, practical, and synthesis of research and practice on relational development and maintenance.  Concepts of interpersonal communication include friendship, love, family and workplace. Understanding interpersonal relationships involves understanding relationship growth and deterioration, developing relationships, sss, assertiveness, self-disclosure, giving and receiving affection, gender and communication, and improving intercultural relationships. In a wide variety of relationships with people it can be proven that the quality of the interpersonal encounters is sometimes viewed as the most significant element in determining effectiveness. Relationships are varied; there are diverse reasons for maintaining them. Considerations include emotional attachment, convenience, children, fear, and commitment.
The process of interpersonal communication consists of elements that interact through mutual verbal interaction to produce the ongoing formation of norms as part of the process. On the simplest level, relationships are associations or connections between two or more people who are interdependent, who use some consistent patterns of interactions, and have interacted for some period of time. Interpersonal communication is a special form of unmediated human communication that occurs when we interact simultaneously with another person and attempt to mutually influence each other, usually for the purpose of managing relationships. To manage relationships, interpersonal communication involves quality. Interpersonal communication occurs not just when we interact with someone, but when we treat the other as a unique human being. Interpersonal communication occurs simultaneously. It's not a linear process but is a process in which both individuals simultaneously affect each other. Interpersonal communication involves mutual influence. Every interpersonal communication interaction influences us. Sometimes it changes our lives dramatically, sometimes in small ways. Long-lasting interpersonal relationships are sustained not by one person giving and another taking, but by mutually satisfying communication that helps to manage relationships by facilitating and maintenance.
Interpersonal communication is a distinctive, ongoing, ever-changing transactional form of human communication that involves mutual influence usually for the purposes of relationship management. To have a much more peaceful and productive life, we should improve our listening skills, learn to use sensitive language and not be defensive, and learn to accurately place responsibility for feelings in interactions. Understanding interpersonal communication can actually enhance our emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. Interpersonal communication skills are closely linked with ability to be productive. The content of interpersonal communication is sometimes highly intimate. Interpersonal conversations can also focus on more mundane, impersonal content. Interpersonal communication occurs between two people, it occurs in a relationship and defines relationships.
