THE PROOF was in the Viagra. A Westchester man in the midst of a contentious divorce countered his wife's claim that he denied her sex for more than a year by showing a judge his 10-pill bottle of Viagra - minus two tablets. That and his urologist's statement that the erectiledysfunction medication worked for his patient was enough to convince a judge that 53-year-old Gregory Wyka was taking care of business in the sack. "The [urologist's] testimony concerning defendant's statement to him . . . that he is perfectly responsive to the 100-milligram Viagra dosage, supports defendant's claim that the parties had continued to engage in sexual relations," Westchester Supreme Court Judge William Giacomo ruled Thursday. Giacomo said the finding was bolstered by Cecile Wyka's testimony that her husband "would have no purpose for taking the pills except to have sexual relations with her." Wyka wasing to rebut his wife's claims that the last time they had sex was in May 2003, almost two years before she filed for divorce. He was first prescribed Viagra after surgery for prostate cancer. Giacomo's decision means the couple remains married Michael kors handbags, but Cecile Wyka is likely to appeal.
